Me voila de retour en angleterre après un voyage palpitant en allemagne. J'ai fait tellement de chose que je ne sais pas par où commencer lol bon essayons par le debut. alors arrivé le samedi matin, Philipp était là pour m'accueillir et hop direction Nidda, la ville, enfin je devrais plutot dire village où ses parents vivent. C'était un paysage magnifique et dans sa maison ben il y a une baie vitrée donc on voit encore mieux et en plus c'est en hauteur! Ah et puis la maison très moderne, ya pas de clé, pour ouvrir la porte, il faut mettre son doigt sur un détecteur! donc c'est par empreinte digital c'est fou non!! Alors première activité de la journée préparation de pain!!!! j'avoue j'avais jamais fais et bon il a une machine a faire le pain donc bon c'est pas bien compliqué et le résultat était super. Ah et puis on a préparer le lunch/ dinner , je dis lunch/dinner car on a finit par manger à 4h lol. Alors on est allé chercher les légumes pour faire une salade dans le jardin!! c'est fou non? enfin pour moi ça l'est lool carotte, salade, et surtout des tomates: les meilleurs que j'ai jamais mangé!!hmm délicieux, je devrais essayer de faire pousser mes tomates loll. Donc on a fait la salade, puis on a fait frire des pommes de terre et des saucisses, et puis bon on s'est bu une petite bière en passant lol...bière allemande "licher" je crois, pas mauvais :-)

Here I am, back in England after a great trip to germany. When I arrived at the airport, my friend, Philipp was there to pick me up and then we drove to Nidda, the village where Philipp's parents live. Beautiful landscape... and his house has a bay-window so you can enjoy the show even better, plus it's on a hill. The house was very modern, no key just a fingerprint sensor: just need to put ur finger on it and that magically opens the door! So first activity of the day, baking bread! I've got to admit, I've never done it before and that quite amused me lol. It is not very complicated, just need to toss all the ingredient in the bread maker and it'll do the rest lol. Then we got on with the preparation of the lunch/ dinner (we ultimately ate at 4 lol). To do that, we went to the garden and pick up the vegetables! Salad, carrot and above all tomatoes: the best I've ever eaten! I should try and grow my own lol. So we fixed a salad and fried some potatoes and sausages, and we had a little beer at the same time... german beer, « licher » I think, not bad :-)

Da bin ich, zurück in England nach einer aussergewöhnlichen Reise nach Deutchland. Als ich im Flughaffen angekommen bin, wartete mein Freund Philipp auf mich un dann sind wir nach Nidda, wo seine Eltern leben, gefahren. Sehr schön Sicht und das Haus hat ein erkerfenster so können wir die Sicht besser genieBen! Das Haus war sehr modern, keine Schüssel nur ein Fingerabdrucksensor!
So erste Tätigkeit des Tages, Brot machen! Ich hatte es niemals gemacht und das war eine gute Erfahrung lool. Das ist nicht sehr schwierig zu machen, einfach die Zutäten in der Machine zu werfen und das ist alles! Dann habe wir die Lunch/ dinner vorbereitet (wir haben gegen 4 gegessen lol). Um das zu machen, sind wir in den Garten gegangen und haben die Gemüse von dort genommen! Salat, carrot, une Tomaten!! die besten, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Vielleicht muss ich ein paar Tomaten mich selbst wachsen lol. So haben wir die salat vorbereitet, Kartoffeln und Würste gefriert und wir haben ein bierchen getrunken...deutsche Bier « licher » nicht schlecht :-)

"French student Mag Codandamourty found his time spent at UCLan as part of a third year undergraduate exchange so fulfilling that he decided so stay on for his postgraduate studies.

Originally from Orly, in Paris, Mag completed the final year of his Foreign Languages Applied course at UCLan in 2005/06 and enjoyed the law part of his course, so he decided to remain here to study a Common Professional Exam for entry into the law profession.

He said: "The course over here is structured a lot better than in France. Lectures and seminars are well planned and there is more emphasis on coursework here which suits me."

Mag also revealed that the amount of student support he received here during the final year of his course was one of the reasons he chose to continue his studies in Preston.

He said: "I settled in very easily when I first came here in 2005. The pre-sessional was very well organised and all of the buddies were willing to help with everything so I felt at home immediately.

"And I'm still friends with the people I met during orientation, who come from all over the world."

Mag thinks that there will ultimately be more work opportunities in the UK than in France, especially as he speaks French, German and English.

He said: "I want to complete a legal practice course when I finish my studies here, so that I can become a solicitor.

"The fact that I've studied the law course in England means that it makes sense for me to work here as I know all about the UK legal system."

toujours la même soirée, mais à une différente table lol car on prenait juste un verre à l'extérieur. Ah et donc c'est dans un resto choisi par Max (très bon choix d'ailleurs!) à Preston, le café bar, c'est plus ou moins Italien. et donc sur cette photo, ben on voit Press!!!!! lol

still the same evening, but at a different table lol cos we were just having a drink outside. Oh and Max chose the restaurant (very good choice btw!) so it's in Preston, it's called the café bar, it's more or less italien. and on this photo, u can see Press!!

Immer dasselbe Abend aber mit einem anderen Tisch! wir haben nur auBer getrunken. oh und Max hat das Restaurant gewählt (gute Wahl!). So ist es in Preston; das restaurant heiBt café bar und es ist mehrer oder weniger Italienisch. und auf diese Foto kann man Press sehen!!
